Before printing even begins, materials are conditioned under specific temperature and humidity levels to ensure consistency and stability.
For certain pieces, this includes extended drying periods to eliminate internal moisture and achieve the ideal printing state.
During production, each item is built layer by layer with a precision ranging from 0.01–0.2 mm, allowing for refined surface detail and smooth, flowing textures.
Printing alone can take up to 24 hours for more intricate pieces, followed by additional time for cooling, stabilization, and final inspection.
